**Homes, condos, and income property are updated on our website every 8 minutes and have been since 1/27/2010. We will have land, commercial, and farms back as soon as possible.
The Chico, Oroville, and Paradise Associations of Realtors have all moved into a new MLS. This new mls has a new software system for realtors. So we are in the process of adapting our website to pull in the MLS listing data from this new software system.
We will have our website back to normal, showing all types of real estate as soon as possible. Thanks for checking back!
